Supplier Quality Engineer

We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join a leading Machinery Manufacturer in Malaysia! This position requires your urgent attention.

• Ensure machining, sheet metal, and parts meet customer specifications for integration.
• Troubleshoot system functionality issues and analyze root causes.
• Streamline supplier quality checks and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with CAD, BOM management, and supplier work instructions.
• Perform and approve First Article Inspections (FAI) for suppliers and customers.
• Provide technical support to suppliers and facilitate communication between suppliers and customers.
• Evaluate supplier performance, suggest improvements, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain quality systems, adhere to 5S standards, and collaborate with internal teams on quality and engineering matters.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or any relevant discipline.
• Candidates with strong grasp of machining, sheet metal, and frame manufacturing, especially in semiconductor settings are preferred.
• Proficient in surface finishing processes and standards.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
